General Construction Laborer

Force Masonry Construction is a locally owned and operated company based in Central Illinois. We offer competitive wages and benefits, with opportunities for advancement, and are seeking General Construction Laborers to join our growing team.

Job Description:

Candidates should be in good physical condition, with the ability to load and unload tools, materials and equipment. Crew Members will frequently lift and carry heavy objects, and perform repetitive movements such as bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing. Crew members are to make sure the company vehicles are clean and unloaded daily when returning from the job site. Candidates should have a basic knowledge of construction equipment and tools. The ability to perform strenuous physical labor is required.

Qualified candidates must have the ability to work well with others, as a team and independently. Must have the ability to take and follow directions, as well as being coached by the foreman and other crew members.

Duties include:

  • General Labor
  • Working safely around all tools and equipment
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager


  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Must be over 18
  • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours at a time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
